Pine Nut Threshing Machines

Pine nut threshing machines break the cones and separate the seeds, using a toothed crusher followed by blower separation to pull nut from debris in a single pass. The work is abrasive, so build quality and drive size matter more at this step than in most nut processing operations.
Two versions are available:
NS-S121 Standard — 3 kW, 220 V, with toothed crusher and blower separation. Also handles rice and rapeseed, which is useful on mixed farms.NS-S122 High Capacity — three-phase drive for stronger, continuous operation when you are processing volume rather than batches.
Choose on your peak intake, and on whether your site has single-phase or three-phase power: the standard model suits sites without three-phase supply, while the high-capacity model assumes it. Send us your throughput and available power supply and we will match the model. See our processing guides and knowledge base for threshing, drying and shelling notes. Not sure which capacity you need? Read how to size a pine nut threshing machine — it works through what changes between our 100 kg/h and 200 kg/h models. Starting from cones rather than seed? pine nut processing: complete guide walks the five stages and the two numbers that size a threshing line. Moisture decides which settings can work at all: pine nut drying and shelling settings covers the two settings that decide whole kernel yield and the batch record that makes them repeatable. Sizing starts from one number: how to size a pine nut processing line works through peak day, effective hours, derating and the bottleneck stage. Before the first production shift: how to inspect and commission a nut processing line sets out the six stages in order, from rotation direction to the weighed throughput test. Cone breakage is a separation problem as much as a crusher problem: pine nut threshing, cone breakage and output covers where the losses come from and the three numbers worth recording every shift.
