What should I include in my first message?

Four facts get you a useful reply: the crop, the throughput you need in kg/h, the supply voltage at your site and the country the machine will ship to. With those we can recommend a model rather than a range.

How quickly do you reply?

Within one business day. If your enquiry arrives over a weekend or a public holiday in China, expect the reply on the next working day.

Do you build machines for other nuts besides macadamia?

Yes. Alongside the macadamia dehusking, cracking and opening machines we build cashew shelling machines, pine nut threshing machines and coffee fruit peeling machines. The NS-X221 shell cracker is a general-purpose machine used on macadamia, apricot kernels, cherry kernels, peach kernels, jujube kernels and hazelnut.
