These terms apply to quotations, orders and the supply of machinery by Dongguan Nansheng Technology Co., Ltd. Where a signed quotation, proforma invoice or contract says something different, that signed document prevails over this page.

1. Scope

We supply agricultural and nut processing machinery — macadamia dehusking, shelling and opening machines, cashew shelling machines, pine nut threshing machines and coffee fruit peeling machines — to businesses worldwide. These terms apply unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Quotations

A quotation states the machine model, its main specifications, the agreed Incoterm, the port and the validity period. Unless the quotation says otherwise, it is valid for 30 days. Published figures on this website describe the model and are not a binding offer.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing, usually by issuing a proforma invoice. One unit is the minimum order quantity. Where you ask us to build to your own brand, a written OEM specification signed by both sides forms part of the order.

4. Specifications

We confirm every specification in writing before production starts. Capacity, power, dimensions and weight are typical values for the model and can be adjusted for your crop, throughput, supply voltage and destination. If a written confirmation and this website disagree, the written confirmation prevails.

5. Price, currency and delivery terms

Prices are quoted per machine in the currency shown on the quotation, under the Incoterm named on it (for example EXW, FOB or CIF). Unless we agree otherwise, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance and any certification required in the destination country.

6. Payment

Payment terms are stated on the proforma invoice for your order. We begin production once the agreed deposit has cleared, and bank charges are borne by the party that incurs them unless agreed otherwise.

7. Lead time, packaging and shipping

Lead time is confirmed in writing when the order is accepted and runs from the date the deposit clears and the specification is confirmed. Machines are packed for sea or air freight as agreed. Risk in the goods passes as set out in the agreed Incoterm.

8. Inspection, delivery and claims

Before shipment we can support your inspection, either at the factory, by video, or through a third-party inspection company that you appoint at your cost. Please check the machine on arrival and notify us of visible damage or a quantity difference promptly, and in any case before the equipment is installed and run in production.

9. Warranty and spare parts

The warranty period is stated in the quotation or contract and covers manufacturing defects under normal use. Wear parts, damage from incorrect voltage or power supply, overload, misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow the manual are not covered. Warranty replacement or repair is our obligation; it does not automatically create a right to a refund.

10. Installation, training and support

Operation and maintenance manuals are supplied with the machine. Remote support is included. On-site installation, commissioning and operator training can be quoted separately, including travel, visa and accommodation costs.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim relating to a machine is limited to the value of that machine, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit, loss of production or loss of contracts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. OEM and intellectual property

We can build machines to your brand where we agree it in writing. We keep all rights in our own designs, drawings, specifications and photographs, and you may not pass them to a third party without our written permission.

13. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for a delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, war, strike, port closure or a government restriction. The affected party will tell the other and the delivery date will be extended accordingly.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If a dispute arises, the parties will first try to settle it amicably; if that fails, the dispute will be decided by the competent court or arbitration body named in the signed contract.
